Eiffage Métal at the Musée d'Orsay
After 13 months of work, the restoration of the East tympanum of the Musée d'Orsay, carried out for Oppic* under the supervision of the Compagnie des Architectes en Chef des Monuments Historiques - Marie-Suzanne de Ponthaud - and the Nemo-K design office, is now complete.
The programme for the operation was:
- structural reinforcement
- stripping, scraping, painting
- diagnosis: tightness, membrane, anti-volatiles
- scaffolding and acoustic covers
- the heat-shrinkable containment
- the protection of glass surfaces
- the vibration and noise control system
- fire safety
For a perfect follow-up of the site, the teams used the FinalCad application to carry out nearly 150 significant repairs.
