Eiffage Métal : modernisation work on the Eiffel Tower continues
Since the end of 2018, the Eiffage Métal and Baudin Châteauneuf consortium has been working to make the lift on the north pillar more efficient, more reliable and in compliance with current safety standards.
The Baudin Chateauneuf teams have replaced the pulleys, the major components of the mechanism, which were previously transferred piece by piece to the second floor of the Eiffel Tower.
Thank you to the Société d'Exploitation de la Tour Eiffel for its confidence.
