Work-study and internship
At Eiffage Métal, we have developed a comprehensive system to effectively manage apprenticeship and internship training programs. Both mentors and mentees receive specific support. All our mentors are trained in mentorship to best meet the needs of apprentices.
Additionally, we have implemented a learning policy aimed at supporting apprentices and interns at every key stage of their journey: orientation mornings, quarterly follow-up meetings, mid-term mornings, liaison logs, and meetings to review professional projects.
This ongoing commitment to support has been recognized by the prestigious Happy Trainees label, which we have proudly received for three consecutive years.
